Dr. Rodney W. Helm, Optometrist Dr. Helm has practiced eye care in Park Rapids for over 30 years. He is a graduate of Pacific University. Dr. Helm is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Minnesota Optometric Association. He is past president of the Jaycees, a past member of the Lions and in 1982 he was chosen as one of Minnesota's ten outstanding young men. He is active in various community activities. He earned his Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1978. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, Minnesota Optometric Association, where he served as President, and on the Board of Directors. He is also a past president of Rotary, and Jaycees in Park Rapids. His primary interest include skiing, cycling, and sailing. Dr. Westberg was born and raised in Warren, MN and graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2001. In 2005 he earned his Doctor of Optometry degree at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Or. and did his clinic rotations in Fargo, ND, Minneapolis and at the Mayo Clinic, Albert Lea, MN.
